| Hello everyone. ^^ Recently, I had the idea of trying out mixed clans, especially Bermuda and Kagero as some of you have already seen it. Then it gave the idea to other people to try their own mixed clan deck (or at least Fury x)). That's why I thought I'd write some kind of article or talk about my ideas of mixed clan. Note that I talk of mixed clan decks and not of dual clan because this won't use any of the soon to come support of cards belonging to 2 clans at the same time. Also I won't give you any decklists here, I'll only talk about my ideas. The rest is yours to figure out I/ What can I mix ?Basically, anything. What you must wonder is : What will this second clan give to the 1st ? For example, in my Waterfall, I thought I needed draw power, and that's how I got the idea of miwing it with Koko at first, and Bermuda more recently. Another example with Fury's idea to mixe Granblue and Pale Moon units. Granblue can revive themselves from the drop zone, but for that they need a GB vg. Aside from that, they have nothing special to give to PM. Pale Moon however can Soulcharge even if there isn't a PM vg (via Mia). Considering the Nightmare G1 and G2, Cutlass, and such units need a Soulblast 2 which can become quite heavy as the game gets longer, Pale Moon can supply the soul. This is very appreciated considering GB have very little ways of Soulcharging. That's why if you want to mix GB and PM, you should make a GB base then add a little support from the PM. Not to mention the GB have a very useful g3 that can revive cards from ANY clan. That's it for now. It was just a little introduction. I had a few ideas this morning, I'll present them when I have the time. Although I might keep most of those related to Kagero for myself ;p | |

| Remember Mixed decks are very viable, At one point in the meta mixed decks dominated, they surpassed the decks of the time because at the time the different clans gave each other the support they needed. it was an interesting time and I had my hand in some of those decks. Creating mixed decks is a great way to improve, keep it up guys remember some cards can be added into any deck and help with the overall theme.
Remember mixed decks can feel much different then the original base, don't feel disappointed if the deck isn't exactly what you were thinking they rarely ever end up being what we expect. Sometimes they are even better in the end.
My tip, Try to find as many cards that don't specify a specific clan or card. If the card has a condition that needs a certain clan it can be dangerous but if you know what you are doing and you limit yourself to a low amount of these units you'll be fine.
Just keep trying and don't give up, but remember some clans just cant combine. | |

| Thanks Mare, and don't worry, I know that ^^ And yes, good point, I forgot to talk about the cards that don't need a specific clan, like Tejas or in my Bermuda/Kagero case, the Perle sisters. | |

| As an answer to the ban list, I thought of an intersting deck. Since Tsuku and DOTE both got limited, how about mixing them ? > You go through your deck to see where your triggers and your DOTE sleep, then you use Tsuku g3 to send Overlord to the soul, and you're set for an easy win. ^^ Or at least that's the theory. I tested it earlier against Chaos, it's quite fun to play. But I still need to improve it. I'll make a more detailled article when I'm done. I just wanted to tell you guys about it. | |

| Flare there are mistakes I'm going to correct. First is your first one with triggers. The rule for triggers is you only need one unit with the same clan on the field for it to work in general, so you would use the clan of your more often vg or rg units. second is the "lord" skill has a ruling about duel clans where if the blade spirits are on the field as platinum because they count as gold paladins platinum can attack. So if bushirode makes those kind of units to sort of combine clans a little it'll work out. other wise, can't you not run a unit with lord in it? | |

| Hmmmm, Thx Ex, now a have a theory for the why they Limit Full Moon, In SEt 10 They are probably going to use units Soul Based, and since Full Moon Can put any card in the soul, u can get some control, well thats only what i tought now :3 | |

| I tested it again tonight. Bad idea, I was too tired. I knew the heal was next but I wasn't sure so I guarded when I could have let it through ^^' Aside from that, I think the deck is both interesting to play and fun. Once you've made the turn of the deck, it's easy to predict double trigger and get the Personna blast through. the only difficulty is actually making this turn. But If you can hold on for about 2 turns after you you rode a g3 (assumind Ishibyosi and Tsukuyomi 1 and 2 did their job), you should be fine. | |
