LOCK

Lock is a skill introduced in TD11: Starvader Invasion.

If a card is affected by the "lock" ability, it will be turned face down in its position, and will no longer be able to do anything!
At the end of the owner's turn, it will revert back to face-up position!
In other words, if you can "lock" an opponent's unit, you can seal off the next attack or boost for 1 turn from your opponent!
On top of that, the unit under "lock" will be sealed off together with the circle it is on, and will no longer be a unit at all!

It cannot be paid as cost! It cannot even move to other circles!
It cannot even be sent to the drop zone by calling a new unit over it!!
(It's no longer a unit, remember?)
This is really a fiendish ability!! o.O O.o

Q1. If I have a Alfred Liberator as my VG and 1 of my 5 RGs have been locked, will my VG's base attacks be
19000 or 21000 at Limit Break?
A1. 19000. Your Locked unit does not exist on the field anymore.

Q2. If my VG is Dragonic Overlord and I only have a Bahr which is Locked will my Dragonic Overlord gets POWER -2000?
A2. Yes. It will be treated as though there is not a unit on the RG circle, meaning it will get -2k power. That said, this does not affect Lord or skills similar to it.
