Explanation of the Restrictions as of January 1st 2013

Hello everyone, I have been getting questions about the coming restriction, so I'm here to explain how these restrictions are gonna work in more detail.

On the day of January 1st 2013, The cards listed bellow cannot have more then 2 of any of these cards in any deck in tournament play.

Remember this site follows OCG meta and tournament rules, unless specifically allowed.

Royal Paladins:
King of Knights Alfred
Wingal Brave
Magesty Lord Blaster

Kagero:
Dragonic Overlord: The End
Lizard Soldier Conroe

Oracle Think Tank:
Goddess of the Full Moon, Tsukuyomi
Silent Tom

Now the in depth explanation isn't that hard. You can not have more then 2 of any combination of these cards.

For example, If you have 1 Dragonic Overlord: The End, You can only run 1 more of any of the other cards on this list.

So you can Run one Wingal Brave and One Magesty lord Blaster, You can't run 2 Magesty lord blasters, and a Wingal Brave.

Nah, in a way it is good. This way the metagame will be refreshed. Although this restriction makes me think, whether I should make an MLB deck, cause it might get restricted in Europe too, and spending money just for a 1 year deck, is kinda back for my wallet. I just hope this game doesnt become like Yugioh, after it was introduced to the "wonderful" ban lists......

I didn't understand it right, I fought it was up to 2 of each clan. My OTT/Kagero with Tsukuyomi and The End isn't good >.>

Guess I can still go with Tsukuyomi and another main vg like Amaterusu. But I have to go all over it again >.>

I dont believe it will follow YGO's path, Bushirode is doing this as a drastic measure to rebalance the OCG where these clans took over. In Japan they took a huge risk, They put out powerful cards in other clans and limited the strong clans, then they are going to power up those clans AGAIN. This idea isnt like the banlist where when its hit its done. Bushirode is trying to actually balance the meta LITERALLY, they are balancing the support. Truthfully I think they are also telling us to not be stupid. "Stop playing one deck damnit!" is the message I'm getting. I'm actually happy they did this. Balance over cashing in. These guys care about their game and their players as it seems. Tough love people.

I agree with you, but don't forget it's also better for them if people don't stuck to one deck ;p
But it's true, it really seems they're trying to make sure the game stays balanced.
